American Embroidery Supply appreciates all
orders from all embroiderers. Anybody may order from our
website. We encourage you to place your order on-line,
where you can order from our complete product line 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.
Payment
American Embroidery Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express.
Accounts with established credit may purchase on terms of
Net 30 days. Purchases by new accounts will be billed via
credit card until credit has been approved. Accounts 30
days beyond terms will be charged at 1.5% per month on unpaid
balances (18% per annum). Accounts may also be charged reasonable
attorney fees and costs incurred by American Embroidery
Supply in connection with the enforcement of collection
of any obligation.
Shipping
All on-line orders will be processed the same or next business
day.
Orders will be shipped domestically or internationally per
customer instructions via: UPS or Federal Express. International
customers are responsible for paying freight, duties and
taxes.
Returns
and Exchanges
Call Credit Department to request a Return Authorization
Number. Packages without an RA Number will be refused. Write
the RA Number plainly on the outside of the package. RA
Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Merchandise will not be accepted for credit after 30 days
from the date of invoice. All returns are subject to a minimum
15% restocking fee.
Merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and
wrapping to receive credit.
Pricing
American Embroidery Supply reserves the right to make
adjustments due to changing market conditions, manufacturing
price changes, errors in advertisement and other extenuating
circumstances.

Notices
The customer/manufacturer should assure his/her self,
by preliminary testing and evaluation, that the dye fastness
of the thread is suitable for his/her intended uses. Marathon
threads are intended for use as embroidery threads only,
and should not be bleached. They are manufactured and
quality controlled to the very highest standards possible.
However, since we have no control over the customer/manufacturer's
washing, dry cleaning, or pressing of goods onto which
our thread is sewn, nor over the weather conditions to
which such goods are subjected, and since the value of
the thread is so disproportional to the value of the material
onto which it is sewn, we are not responsible for any
consequential damage that could occur to goods onto which
our threads are sewn.
